At 69 years old I have never had a flu shot. I had all the usual childhood diseases (mumps, measles, chicken pox and recovered without a “vaccine”. I can still walk any of my teenage grandchildren into the ground. Physical activity and a clean lifestyle never hurt anyone. I believe trusting doctors too much is a possible death sentence.
Yes. I live in an isolated area in Northern British Columbia. At the rate of inflation up here I have gone from a comfortable retirement to a frugal one.
